David Murphy Solicitor


David is a Partner in Corrigan & Corrigan.  He has over 37 years continuous experience and is in charge of the property division of Corrigan & Corrigan.  David is a graduate in law from UCD and qualified as a Solicitor in 1978.  Having worked for several years in one of the large corporate firms in Dublin, David joined Corrigan & Corrigan where he has been a partner for over 20 years.  David has extensive experience in all aspects of property law, acting for private and corporate clients in the acquisition and disposal of property.  David has handled disputes with regard to rights of way, possessory titles, disputed titles, wayleaves, easements, breach of contract and ancillary legal issues.  David has acted extensively for clients in advising on the legal questions arising with regard to, wayleave agreements, purchase contracts and leases.  He is fully familiar with all land registration issues, title investigation, searches, mapping issues etc.
